Arms Race

A photo I took a month ago in New Westminster while I got lost on a dead end street. Since this looks like a rental building this must be the building manager. I can't imagine allowing anyone else such a collection on the balcony.

I saw this on the news a few years ago. The neighbors were complaining about this "eyesore" but it turns out the guy who owns this stuff is an inventer who did work for the CIA. The inside of this apartment looks even more cluttered.
